How we handle your information.

What this site collects

Nothing. This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and stores nothing in your browser. We do not track which pages you visit, where you came from, or how long you stay.

When you get in touch

The form on our contact page does not send anything to us directly. It opens your own email app with the details you entered, and nothing is sent until you press send yourself. If you decide not to send it, we never see it.

Once you do email us, we hold what you sent: your name, your email address, anything you told us about your company, and whatever you described about the work. We use it to reply to you and to carry out the work if we go ahead together.

We do not sell it, rent it, or share it with anyone for marketing. We do not add you to a mailing list because you got in touch.

Fonts and other services

This site loads its typefaces from Google Fonts and Fontshare. To serve a font, those services receive your IP address and basic details about your browser. That happens on their systems, not ours, and it is governed by their own privacy policies rather than this one.

We use no other third-party services on this site.

Our suppliers

Delivering a project sometimes means sharing details with the people who produce the work, such as a printer or a finishing house. We share only what the job requires, and only with suppliers doing work for you.

How long we keep things

We keep project correspondence while we are working together and for as long afterwards as our records and tax obligations require. If you got in touch and nothing came of it, we delete the exchange once the conversation has clearly ended. You can ask us to delete it sooner.

Your rights

Under Canadian privacy law you can ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it if it is wrong, and ask us to delete it. Write to us and we will respond. There is no charge, and you do not need to give a reason.

Keeping it safe

We keep information on access-controlled systems and share it only with people who need it to do the work. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, and we will not claim otherwise.

Children

This site is aimed at businesses. We do not knowingly collect information about children.

Changes to this page

If we start using something that collects information, analytics or a real form backend among them, we will update this page and change the date at the top before it goes live.
