This is not our Disclosure Document

Nothing on this page, or anywhere else on this site, is the Franchise Disclosure Document required under Ontario's Arthur Wishart (Franchise Disclosure) Act, 2000, or any equivalent law in another province. That document has a specific legal format, must be prepared with franchise counsel, and must be given to you at least 14 days before you sign any franchise agreement or pay us any money in connection with becoming a franchisee. If you are considering a Brilliantz franchise, you will receive that document, and you should read it in full and get your own legal and financial advice before you sign anything or make any payment.

What this page is

This page describes, in general terms, how we expect the relationship between Brilliantz and a franchisee to work, so that you can decide whether it is worth having a conversation with us. It is marketing information, not a contract, an offer to sell a franchise, or a promise of earnings, territory, or results.

How the process works

If you reach out about a franchise, we will first have an informal conversation to see whether there's a fit on both sides. If we agree to move forward, we will give you our Franchise Disclosure Document and the standard 14-day waiting period begins before either of us can sign a franchise agreement or you can pay us anything. You are free to walk away at any point before you sign.

No earnings claims

We do not make earnings claims on this site. Any figures about revenue, cost, or return discussed with you directly will be provided, if at all, in writing as part of the formal disclosure process, as the law requires.

Get independent advice

We strongly encourage anyone considering a Brilliantz franchise to have the Disclosure Document reviewed by a lawyer experienced in franchise law, and to have the financial projections reviewed by an accountant, before signing anything.

Changes to this page

We may update this page as our franchise program develops. If we do, we will change the date at the top before it goes live.
